- What kind of shirts do you print on?
- All our designs are printed on American Apparel shirts that are manufactured in the USA.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?
- No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our store. Although if you already have one you may use it to streamline the payment process.
- How secure is your store?
- You will NOT be entering any payment information on our site. All purchases are handled by PayPal and all transactions are processed through their payment portal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to their servers using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) encryption. - How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
- For a single shirt we charge $5 within the United States, $7 to Canada, and $10 everywhere else. Shipping and handling cost for each additional shirt within the same order is $2 within the US, $3 for Canada, and $5 for international. Our shopping bag will automatically calculate and reflect the accurate rate as you add/subtract shirts.
- How fast will I receive my order?
- We try our best to ship out your order within 2 business days (usually within 1 day). Expect a delivery time of 3-10 business days for domestic orders but most should arrive within a week. International orders vary but can be expected to take between 2-3 weeks. In some cases it might take longer depending on the destination and customs processing.
- Do you ship to APO addresses?
- Yes we do. All our orders are shipped through U.S. Postal Service, so we have no problem shipping to APO addresses in most cases.
- What is your return policy?
- You can return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of purchase as long as it's in new condition and unwashed. Please contact us before you send your item(s) back.
